Wave Wrapper v1

by Bojan Burkeljc

This is my first analog circuit. It was inspired by VAZ software synth's distortion module,
which had this wave wrap feature I considered cool. So after an evening of EWB simulations
I came up with this circuit.

Use:
First set the Threshold to 75% and Ratio fully clockwise. Now set the Sensitivity to the
point you don't hear any distortion anymore. Now set Threshold and Ratio to your liking.

Partlist:

Resistors (1/4W, preferably 1% MF):

 2x 220R
 1x 1k
 1x 3.3k
 2x 4.7k
11x 10k
 7x 100k

Pots:
 2x 10k lin
 1x 100k lin
 1x 220k log

Diode:
 1x 1N4001

Capacitors:
 1x 100n ceramic
 2x 1uF electrolytic
 1x 47u/16V electrolytic
 1x 100u/25V electrolytic
 1x 470u/16V electrolytic

ICs:
 2x LF347 or similar quad
 1x LF412 of similar dual
 1x 4066
 1x 78L15

Other:
 2x 14 pin DIP socket
 1x 8 pin DIP socket
2x 1/4" mono panel mount jack socket
 1x connector for power supply
